The Casita, a single room on our ground floor with a private entrance. Completely Remodeled in February 2018. Two full size beds. Large walk in shower. AC, TV, WIFI, coffee maker and small refrigerator. Sleeps 2-4 comfortably.

The Lower Level, the entire first floor includes a full brand new kitchen stocked with appliances, large deck, BBQ area, TV, WIFI, pool table and game room. Spacious living area and easy access to our lighted pier. 4 bedrooms and 2 new bathrooms. Central AC - 2 units. 2400 square feet. Sleeps 9-10 comfortably.
The Upper Level, VIP level. The entire second floor, with full kitchen stocked with appliances, bar, gathering area and balcony overlooking the water. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms including a large master bathroom with a full size washer and dryer. 4 TV's , WIFI, Central AC - 2 units. Elevator. 2600 square feet. Perfect for a large group or family. Sleeps 14 comfortably.
