They really have everything you need. The food was great, and having the budget and snack bar open at different times was perfect. There’s multiple large pools, and a hot tub. The beach is literally so close. The staff was really helpful and always there if you need them. My room was really clean, my only gripe is the shower head didn’t actually spray water. It kinda just trickled out, but other than that, I had a great time.

Family friendly. There is something for everyone here, from the many pools and water slides to the water activities, beach and if you're a foody there's 3 meals provided with snacks in between. My only wish is for more staff members to be bi-lingual (English and Spanish).

The resort was unclean, bunch of hidden costs, food was disgusting. I had to leave the resort 4 days earlier because I hated it so much, they would not give me a refund.

The grounds of the property were well maintained. The living quarters, specifically the TownCenter was extremely outdated and furniture was falling apart. Over all the food, activities, pools and beach were worth it. You must try the salt water pool. It's the largest one in the country from what I was told by a native Panamanian.

Sadly the property is not maintained or advertised as pictured. Room not clean, air condition not working properly. Hot as an oven! Staff is Awesome! Food is only so soo, coffee’s great! Pools are nice. I booked a room with access to the salt water pool. What a joke! Roped off small space, just like a baby pool! I’m not recommending this property.

The resort is dilapidated. The rooms are outdated and nonfunctional. Sliding glass door to patio did not open and close. No patio furniture. Broken bathroom window, shower door leaking had to use multiple towels to prevent slipping. A Tech was called to fix problems. He used clear tape to seal gap in doors. Toilet, shower and wash sink was stained with urine and mildew. Food and service was horrendous. My son caught food poisoning from the unsanitary conditions. In the restaurant. Horrible all around. Front desk seemed overwhelmed, had no resolution for us. We had to check out early due to safety concerns.

Food was great, we had a great time. Property is really big, plan for a lot of walking. The whole thing with access to salt water pool is very confusing ask a lot of questions before booking. The rooms need to be updated. Doors don’t work, things like that. Other than that is a good resort if you don’t care about older structures.
