Super super old hotel! If you been to AllInclusive in Mexico that would be ammenities from 1990s… but service amazing, food was pretty good! Very Old rooms but AC blasting good Zero complains for such an outdated property!!!

The mattress had springs sticking out, there was rocks in my food, the staff wasn’t very helpful, buffet wait staff was super slow, mattresses were at least 20 years old, and my kid got scratched by the spring from the mattress, and we had to park way too far from the lobby. The bar staff had bad attitudes and not enough bartenders, creating long lines. Besides that, the pool and beach were fun.

We took the impression that the staff was underpaid. The pillows are hard and uncomfortable. We requested softer ones and they did not have them available. They do not offer washcloths and the regular towels are not really white. They advertise the white sand beach. We couldn’t enjoyed it because it was closed to the guests. Fortunately the food was generally good.

We love this hotel. We got married here 13 years ago and decided to bring our daughter to show her our favourite all-inclusive resort. The rooms were clean and everything is well-maintained. The buffets were good but the a la cartes were only okay and the service wasn’t over-the-top. It wasn’t overcrowded and there were always beach chairs available. Lifeguards were plentiful!
