Beautiful home in the new section of Costa Blanca Villas by Royal Decameron, known as La Ribera, includes 24 hour security, beach club, 18 hole Championship golf course, pools and playgrounds! Located 90 minutes from Panama City, this home has over 365 sq. Mtrs (3,929 sq ft.). Includes 4 bedrooms with 3.5 baths plus a service quarters with bath which can also be used as an extra room. The main bedroom is located on the 2nd floor separated from the rest of the home with its own balcony. Each room is equiped with ceiling fans! The lot is 1,764 sq mtrs (18,984 sq ft)! Fully equiped kitchen and laundry room!
