The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff really connected. Daniel, Mathias and Flora at the front desk really go out of their way to connect with guests and always have a smile on their faces. This was our second stay at the Windsor Excelsior and we are looking forward to coming back next year.

We had a great time there. The staff has some of the kindest people we’ve met. The hotel is very well located on the beach and closed to many restaurants, bars, and pharmacies, grocery stores. The building is a little bit on the older side but very clean. The only thing I would say wasn’t the best is the isolation in the rooms. It wasn’t uncommon for us to get waken in the morning by people in the hallway but besides that we really enjoyed our stay and thank the staff for their amazing work. Would absolutely recommend.

Great property ideally situated in the heart of Copacabana. The staff provide excellent service, helpful recommendations and are multilingual. There are stunning views of the beach and even Cristo Rey from our rooms and especially from the rooftop pool. I felt safe staying there, plus loved the access to nearby restaurants, shops and cafes.
