The proximity to the beach and to food was great. The outstanding part was their willingness to store our luggage before checkin. In addition, our flight got delayed and we needed an extra night. They were fully booked but they said we will store your luggage and you can use lobby as long as needed. We ended up checking out at 8 am but their words took do much stress off of us.

Overall, the stay was fantastic. The room was clean, the staff was so kind, and in a safe area for the holiday. During my stay, I got very sick and was unable to enjoy the rest of my trip to Rio. However, the staff at Windsor Copa took incredible care of me. Their room service was outstanding and they even had an on-call doctor that comes to the hotel. This alleviated all of my stress as someone who was visiting and was unsure how to get treatment in another country. Every single staff member was fantastic. So kind and attentive. I can’t say enough amazing things about this property and would definitely stay here again.

We are a senior couple. We have stayed at the Windsor Copa Hotel over 20 times. Besides its excellent location, which is well-known, the hotel also boasts very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, and the meals are delicious. The hotel is 150 meters from Copacabana Beach, yet it's half the price of hotels on the first line. We'll be going again in March 2026. We've already booked our stay.

The hotel is a short walk to Copacabana beach and lots of restaurants. However, it’s a bit outdated. There was hair on the bed from previous hotel guest. The gym was super small and not enough equipment. The front desk lady was stand-offish and very unfriendly - no smile whatsoever. Insulation is poor and the room was freezing. I had to use more blankets and the thick blanket and had to turn off the A/C because using the thermostat didn’t make the room warmer.
