Excellent location. Our luxe room in the 12th floor had a balcony overlooking the beach. Rooms are not large but big enough. Good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast selection was good. The only down point for us was that there was a Nespresso coffee machine in our room but the pods were not complimentary and had to be paid for. One bottle of still water was provided per stay (we stayed 10 days, would’ve been nice to get a couple more). The fridge was big enough to store bottled water we purchased and the ice cube tray proved very useful too.

Great location. Well equipped. Best of all it was heavy rain and we were soaked on our return to get our luggage and head to the airport. They offered a hospitality suite for a quick shower and change. Couldn’t have been a better choice.

I love everything about this hotel -- from the courteous, knowledgeable, friendly staff, to the rooftop bar and their restaurants! I didn't have an ocean view but it didn't matter. I just went to the top swimming pool, and/or walked out the front door. I will stay here always!

The air conditioning was great, a few steps away from the beach and they offered great food. Also staff was soo welcoming and nice. When I come back to Rio I will be staying at the Windsor again. They treated me soo well ❤️

Definitely get the superior executive room - stunning views of Copacabana, large room. Nice gym with Christ view and pool very quiet on the roof in the morning with great cappucino and coffee from the bar.
