According to the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA), minors may only stay in vacation rental establishments accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, or with written authorization from the guardians, signed and notarized.
This requirement is stipulated in Article 250 of the ECA, which prohibits the accommodation of unaccompanied minors without formal parental authorization.
