Excellent value and service

This was a pleasant surprise in terms of service. All of the staff was cordial, and Luan at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out several times. On Luan's excellent recommendation, I took a great " Best of Rio" tour. The neighborhood is very safe, so no worries there. I also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Another big plus is the generous space allocated for the use of guests outside the rooms. I would definitely stay at Villa 25 again in the future. Muito obrigada!

A única coisa que acho ruim é o tipo de cama, que são treliches de três andares, e quem fica no terceiro andar. Se fosse beliche, a comodidade seria melhor. Não havia cadeados, tendo que confiar em deixar nossos pertences, e eles não avisam para levar antes.

É um hostel, mas possui suítes. Só deve se prestar atenção ja que existe uma suíte que foi inicialmente direcionada para mim que fica um suposto terceiro andar. E na verdade, mais se assemelha a um. Sótão, daí carece de iluminação possui uma em janela insuficiente e sem vista e o acesso é por escadas por um corredor extremamente estreito. Como não me agradei pedi para trocar e fui para uma suíte no segundo andar que atendeu ao propósito.

Preço excelente ao que propõe. Café da manhã não muda o cardápio, mas sempre muito bom. Limpeza constante dos quartos e áreas comuns. Ar condicionado poderia ser ligado antes das 20h ou colocar ventiladores para uso enquanto não ligam o ar. Senti falta de simpatia por parte da equipe. Um senhor grisalho que me recebeu quando cheguei era um pouco arrogante, já uma moça da limpeza super simpática, sorridente e solicita. No geral, gostei muito e pretendo voltar.
