The room was very clean, very modern, and had a fantastic view of Copacabana Beach right near Posto 4. Communication was great and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows we're very comfortable, and it's probably the best shower I've ever had.

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous, with the view over Copacabana beach. It is set up well with sliding glass between kitchen and living tiom and kitchen and bedroom, which reduces noise from the street and provides curtains for privacy. Highly recommend!

We got a beautiful two bedroom unit with beach view. There were air conditioning in every room, comfortable beds and pillows, a water filter, toiletries and soft towels. The kitchen was fully equipped including a mixer! Also the communication with staff was on point! They were always available and helpful… and patient! Because I bugged them constantly asking for guests to be registered at reception and they kindly accommodated. I am from Rio so I had family and friends visiting last minute, a very Carioca thing to do. And they were also able to park in the building’s garage. The location is fantastic, corner with Santa Clara and one block from Barata Ribeiro with groceries, perfume and clothing stores and because it is Brazil, plenty of pharmacies! And botecos for easy breakfast. An executive taxi to GIG costs around R$200 while an Uber black to Marcana costed us around R$50. For delivery meals, you can ask from iFood and it costs like R$5 delivery fee.

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Excellent Service! Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The cleanliness was truly immaculate—everything felt fresh and well-maintained from the moment we arrived. The staff was always friendly, smiling, and incredibly helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, featuring a washer and dryer, a full kitchen stocked with all the utensils, pots, and pans we could possibly need. It made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the beautiful balcony with a stunning view—perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing apartment

The apartment is really nice and modern, it has everything we needed for our stay to be completely autonomous I liked the sliding doors in the apartment that cuts the light and the sound from the Atlântica avenue. It is well located on the Copacabana beach. The arrival and departure were as easy as you can get. The personal at the front desk were polite and helpful. I will return for sure and I highly recommend.

Incredible View

It was special to wake-up and to go to bed with such spectacular view. The apartment is well maintained and equipped. This apartment is a little gem, located in the heart of the famous Copacabana beach. Highly recommend it!

Good location. Not really hotel.

No early check-in and not a real Hotel, there is reception but cannot leave your bags there. Also the bathroom is in the bedroom so not really great if you are using the sofa bed for another person. The roof top pool was warm and there is no attended bar.

The building is well kept and felt very safe. Facial scan to enter and a 24 hour reception desk made it very secure. The website states an indoor pool but there is none. There is an “interior” pool, more like it’s in a courtyard, but it is not covered by a roof.

I booked an apartment with Unhotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While the photos online looked much better than reality, the actual stay fell far below expectations. The biggest issue happened immediately upon arrival. I prepaid for an airport pickup arranged through the property, but no driver showed up at the airport at 4 AM. After contacting them, I was told the driver would arrive much later, so after an overnight international flight we had to pay for our own transportation instead. Customer service responses through WhatsApp were extremely slow and the issue was never properly resolved or refunded. The apartment itself also had several problems including a leaking AC unit, drain flies, a noticeable smoke and marijuana odor throughout the building, stained rugs, worn furniture, limited towels and linens, and no washcloths or basic instructions for using the TV. The overall cleanliness and upkeep felt poor compared to what was advertised. The surrounding area also felt uncomfortable at times, with strong odors outside the building and people sleeping on nearby sidewalks. After multiple frustrations during the stay, we ended up checking out two days early and booking another hotel. Overall, this experience did not match the quality or service standards we expected when booking through Expedia, and I would not stay here again.
