    I cant say enough good things about this place and the customer service that i received. The pictures show exactly how the place look. Its sparkling clean, really comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Now i wont look any further any time i have a trip to Rio. Another plus for this property is the doorman: they are also amazing and really helpful. I never been so happy to stay in a property like i was at this one. For sure i will be booking again.

    Apesar do Hotel estar em uma ótima localização, não compensa os transtornos que passei, funcionários rudes, elevadores e aposentos em péssimas condições, experiência totalmente traumática.

    Desconfiante

    A acomodação estava limpa, o banheiro não tinha ducha higiênica, a água não esquentava, cama ok, lençóis e ar condicionado ok. Fiquei apreensivo quando ligaram para o meu apartamento, chamou chamou chamou, quando atendi o rapaz disse que foi engano, no dia seguinte, fui acordado por uma campainha por duas vezes, corri apreensivo para abrir a porta sem nem aumentos saber quem era, quando a abri a moça disse que era pra eu sair pois estava na hora de fazer o checkout, deixei a porta aberta, pedi pra ela verificar, pois na minha consciência a saída era no dia seguinte. Passou alguns minutos e ela confirmou e foi embora. O que estou relatando não é o incômodo, e sim a invasão de privacidade, o medo de entrarem na acomodação sem meu consentimento, armações, enfim. Considerando todas esses eventos, a acomodação torna perigosa.
