Excellent location, Sheraton’s private beach was fabulous but the highlight of our stay was the excellent service from the entire staff! From the welcome desk at check in, the staff at the concierge desk, the doormen and last but not least, the staff in the breakfast restaurant. This was undoubtedly the best customer service I have experienced.

Amazing staff, location, view and amenities. I got sick coming from another hotel at check in and the Sheraton staff were lifesavers. They assisted me to my room and checked in on me multiple times throughout my stay. Great amenities and fantastic breakfast options. I highly recommend and I’ll be back at the Sheraton Grand for my next visit to Rio de Janeiro.
