The Saionara is close to two metro stations and the main bus station. There are eateries and a market very close by. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The shower is excellent. Breakfast is good with all the usual choices. For some reason I was not able to use the internet. I could log on but there was no service which made things a little difficult.

For me the room is clean, they serve nice and decent breakfast. However, there are some fruit flies so they better do some pest control. The previous reviews are true, their towel looks dirty. I think the management of this hotel does not listen or does not really take action on people's review. It is about time to change those towels and get a new one. Based on the hotel's name, the. owner is Japanese. Japanese are not known for being stingy. So throw away those towels and buy a new one

Vamos la. Sempre fico hospedado neste hotel pela proximidade com o Maracanã e vasco da gama. E sempre fui muito bem atendido e sempre avaliei bem. Mas desta vez nao tive sorte. Entrei na quarta feira eu e minha filha no quarto 309 tudo certo quarto limpo e tudo funcionando. Na quinta minha esposa e sogra chegaram e fomos transferidos para os quartos 409 e 412 e ai começaram os problemas . Primeiro chave do quarto 412 nao abria. Ate ai tudo bem desse sobe e resolve. Ja o quarto 409 o sistema onde voce coloca o cartao para ligar as luzes nao estava funcionando e tivemos que chamar a recepção para tentar arrumar apos quase 20 minutos tentando o atendente conseguiu ligar a luz dk quarto deixando um . Cartão a mais para que nao tivéssemos que chamar novamente mas jo outo dia a limpeza retirou o cartao e a mesma lenda quase 15 minutos para conseguir arrumar a luz. Ja no 3 dia a limpeza nao fez a limpeza e o quarto ficou desarrumado. Entao infelizmente nesta vez nao tenho como elogiar pois esta demora em resolver um problema simples. E a manutenção falha. Outra coisa que acho importante ser melhorado e a colocação de uma sanduícheira no cafe da manha. Pois o cafe da manha e simples mas organizado mas nao ter como aquecer um pão e uma fala grave hoje em um mercado tao disputado .

Hotel muito bem localizado para quem vai ao Maracanã, sendo possível chegar ao estádio em poucos minutos de Uber. O quarto estava limpo, a cama era confortável e o café da manhã foi satisfatório. O destaque fica para a equipe, que foi bastante atenciosa e se esforçou para liberar meu quarto o mais cedo possível após minha chegada pela manhã, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência.
