A very nice hotel, except for the facts that there were no lounge chairs around the pool and the tableware available for the most attractive breakfast buffet was so cheap and small and skimpy that the hotel should be embarrassed. I found it incredible that a nice hotel would reduce its guest to having to eat with such terrible utensils Otherwise, everything was great

The location is great ! Hotel facilities are really and once the swimming pool/spa on 15th floor is finished, will add up a plus to the hotel. Carlos and Ricardo are always available and at full disposal for any customer's needs. Positive in all senses and I recommend to everybody !

Everything was good at this hotel. One thing that was not satisfactory was the breakfast buffet. The selection of foods was good, however, the staff did not do a good job of keeping the food stocked and much of it was not available.

Room wasn’t ready for 3:30pm. Cleaners were leaving the room dragging dirt with their feet. Room was setup for 1, when booked for 2. Hotel didn’t have any extra towels and couldn’t be bothered to help. The pool was cold. The shower head had rust. The sink didn’t drain. 2 out of 4 nights, room wasn’t cleaned. The room has no furniture unlike advertised. No place to open your luggage. The doorbell buttons don’t work to turn on DND or request housekeeping. The gym stinks and AC leaks. Breakfast was decent

I loved the location f this hotel, but they were renovating the pool and you could not use it. Throughout the day there as jack hammering going on till the lat3 afternoon. The breakfast was very poor and often later in the mornin*b there was little to,choose from. Wifi was poor which meant I often had to move move to the lobby to get reception

Liguei para o o hotel falaram que tinha estacionamento, não tinha. No site dava que tinha também. Meu marido teve que procurar estacionamento pagou metade de uma diária de tão caro. Me deram quarto que já tinha hóspedes ,ainda bem que não me viram. Não recomendo pra ninguém foi constrangedor.

estadia no hotel foi razoável, sem nada de surpreendente. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, e nem todas as tomadas funcionavam, o que acabou sendo um ponto negativo durante a hospedagem. Também tive que ir várias vezes à recepção para resolver problemas com o cartão de acesso ao quarto, o que foi um pouco inconveniente. A piscina é pequena e o café da manhã é simples, sem grande variedade ou diferencial. Por outro lado, os funcionários foram educados e prestativos, o que contribuiu positivamente para a experiência. No geral, é um hotel ok, mas com pontos que poderiam melhorar para oferecer uma estadia mais confortável.
