View of beach was amazing, VIP breakfast was amazing and another amazing view. Only issue we had was we needed to phone for cups each day which were brought to the room in about 10 minutes.

Some staff in the VIP check in room were harsh and rude. For our entire stay which was 3 nights, they only provided 2 espresso capsules and 2 paper cups. Anything beyond that was for purchase. Cleaning service was poor, nothing was done practically. Location was great. Rooftop restaurant was amazing.

I requested and paid for 2 twin beds as we are over 6.2, but got smaller single beds. When i approached the service desk and communicated my concerns, nothing was done nor was i offered any sort of apology nor compensation. We spent 2 uncomfortable sleeps and to make matters worse, your buffet breakfast was horrendous! The only saving grace was your rooftop and location!

This hotel is very dated. My room was tired with a broken socket, a TV that could only be turned off by unplugging it, an uncomfortable bed with a single sheet that was too small for the bed and a door that didn’t close out the noise. Check-in took a long time, despite being asked to fill in details in advance, and check out wasn’t much quicker. Showed pressure excellent, sushi restaurant a real bargain.
