The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was able to use the room from 10am - 8pm which was fine for me with my midnight departure. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend the hotel for a longer stay. The room was very basic, but clean. And be aware that the hotel location is in Terminal 1 at Rio (GIG). T1 is closed, all flights go in and out of Terminal 2. There is a free shuttle between, but you have to call the hotel and ask for it.

The receptionist was friendly, and both shuttle drivers were really nice. We arrived in Rio at midnight, so staying there was great, easy to get the free shuttle to the hotel, and the breakfast was really good.

We stayed for one night prior to departing on our international flight and were very disappointed with the hotel. Staff wasn’t very friendly and the room condition and appearance was below average. Bathroom was dated and actually dirty. In addition, AC control was practically ineffective as the temperature oscillator between hot and cold. I will not stay at this hotel ever again!!!

HĂŽtel location is excellent- close to the beach and close to all the stores and restaurants. Staff is helpful in finding tours, etc. The rooms are a bit run down but clean. No microwave, coffee machine or tea pot in the room or in easy access at the hotel. For us the biggest issue was no access to filtered water - had to either buy or ask the staff to fill our water bottles in the basement staff kitchen.

La habitaciones no tienen ventana, son pequeñitas, la cama se mueve para todos lados cuando te mueves, porque son camas baratas, no camas realmente hechas para un hotel de ese precio, las sabanas iguales de baratas, el cobertor para el frio (que van a necesitar) da picazón porque creo que eso nunca lo lavan, ademas hace tanto frio y no puedes regular el aire acondicionado (solo congelación o apagado calor) todo se siente extremadamente båsico en este hotel, el piso da sensación de sucio, la mesita de noche estaba sucia la tuve que limpiar, el desayuno es triste mejor tomen la opcion sin desayuno, y compren algo bueno dentro del aeropuerto. En conclusion solo sirve para la ubicación, pero luego dormir es difícil en una cama tan mala y con aire tan frio o en calor.

The check in is the worse staff service I have seen. I have traveled countless times and never experienced such rudeness, lack of courtesy and accommodation. We checked out within 10 mins of checking in, would also request a refund since we did not use the hotel room

The place was average. For the cost, I don’t think this is good value and policy requires them to considerably upcharge on second guests and early check Ins. But the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I suggest going to the other hotels near the airport

Upon my arrival after 3pm the reception attendant asked me if I was alone, who made the reservation. I informed him that my husband flight was delayed and he will arrive late. I provided his passport, phone. photo however when he came to the hotel the new attendant did allow him in, called me to the room and asked me to come to the reception for him. When confronted he lied to my husband and said I did not authorize him at chek in. This is not a good hotel and I demand that this hotel be delisted from you site and hotels.com

Hotel is in a disused terminal and is extremely tired but served a purpose. If your from the UK think Easy Hotel or a poor travel lodge. However service was good and eas impecably clean

The hotel is located in a part of the airport area that felt a little sketchy when we first arrived. Even our taxi driver seemed unsure and nervous, which didn’t help! He actually walked us all the way to the front door, and once we saw people at the entrance, we both relaxed. It was honestly a funny scene after the fact. That area of the airport is completely dead, but for what we needed, the hotel worked perfectly. Our flight was departing late at night, and we had to check out of our main hotel in Copacabana early, so we only needed a place to rest for about four hours. For that purpose, it was ideal. The hotel itself is very simple, room clean and modest and the shower had good water pressure — I personally wouldn’t stay more than one night — but it served its purpose. My husband took a nap, my daughter relaxed, we all showered, and then headed to the airport. The staff was great, and the lady who helped us spoke both Spanish and English, which made everything much easier. I was also happy that they offered transportation to Terminal 2. Overall, it’s not a hotel for a long stay, but it’s convenient for a quick rest before a late flight.
