Your reservation is private, for the whole apartment/house. Guests are welcome!

Your password (or key) will be sent at the day of your arrival, at 1PM. In case you need any different, please tell as soon as possible.

Our team works from Sunday to Sunday, between 8AM until 8PM to better serve you!

The apartment is divided in 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, has back/front view, is at the third floor and 5 minutes away to the beach.

Electronic locker, queen bed, single mattresses, bed and bath linen, closet, air conditioning, TV, fan, blackout curtain, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, sofa, complete kitchen, hygienic shower, gas hot water.

There´s private parking close to your apartment.

We lend 1 portable cradle for your accommodation or your car and bedding for your baby, as well as beach chairs, request 1 day in advance or pick at our store.

Every 7 days we change bed and bath linen, request 1 day in advance.

At the neighborhood you are close to the mall, local buzz, beautiful views, Ipanema and transport options, shops and banks. Close to the beach, residential building, cozy, ideal for families who come to relax and even work!

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM up to 5PM.

If you need any different, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest before, we will be pleased to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send the password. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive it.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

Check-out is self-made, you just shut down equipments and close the door. Our maid will arrive by 12PM to clean it up for the next family.

If you need late checkout, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest, we will be pleased to help!

COPACABANA!

The neighborhood is 24/7 and very charming!

You will be a few steps to one of the most famous beaches in the world, local shops, pharmacies, markets, street markets, not to mention the main transport in the city: taxi, uber, bus and subway.

From the airports it is about 20 minutes from the SDU and 50 minutes from the GIG.

Nearby there are restaurants from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and all you might need in an ordinary neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day.

Tips:

At the beach everything is more expensive tha inside the neighborhood.

If you pay in cash, always ask for discount.

All museums are FREE at Tuesdays.

Don´t believe beggars!

TRANSPORTS:

Daily you have subway, buses and taxis to get in and out of the city and airports.

Important Apps:

Uber, 99 and Taxi Rio: for private transport.

Moovit: for bus, subway and train routes;

Avoid cars, the city is very traffic jammed and expensive to park.

We can pick or drop you up at the airports, port or bus station. We use regular sedan cars and registered drivers.
