The password or access key will be sent directly to you on the day of your arrival, at 13h. As soon as you arrive, just open the door and feel at home! If you need anything before or after this time, just let us know, we will do our best to help! Our team is always ready to give you a help from Sunday to Sunday, from 8am to 8pm!

With the delivery of the keys gives you total freedom to enter and leave when you want. Enjoy a comfortable double bed and a single futon mattress. Bedding and bath smells and quality are included. To organize your little things, a functional closet awaits you. The air conditioning ensures freshness on sunny days. The TV is ready for your moments of relaxation, and the blackout curtain invites you to an invigorating sleep. Iron and hair dryer are your allies to always stay impeccable. In the full kitchen, you will find everything to prepare your meals with convenience. The bathroom has a shower and hot gas for a relaxing bath.

Our functional apartment has 1 charming bedroom, an integrated room for your moments of relaxation, a kitchen equipped for your culinary adventures and 1 practical bathroom.

Located on the 4th floor, with back/ front view, is less than 5 minutes from the beach!

Your lodging has 1 super comfortable double bed, 1 single futon mattress for the third person, 1 sofa, cable TV for your movies and series, Wi-Fi to maintain the connection, air conditioning, all basic household utensils and hot water for an invigorating bath.

For your convenience, there is private parking in front or 1 block from the apartment.

If you travel with a small treasure, we can lend 1 portable cot and baby bed robes, plus beach chairs to enjoy the sun (request 1 day before).

Every 7 days, we carry out the complete change of bed linen and bath for you always have everything fresh (just order 1 day in advance). In our vibrant neighborhood, you will be close to great restaurants, amazing scenery, beachfront and with all the transport and commerce options around you. Our residential building is a safe and cozy refuge!

CHECKIN & CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM until 5PM. If you need early Checkin or after 5PM, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you do not have a guest, we love to help! On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the password.

It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them.

Let me know as soon as possible if you need something different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone’s safety, so when 2 days are missing for their arrival, we will reinforce the photo request of the documents.

Don’t worry, your data will be protected in light of the LGPD.

Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving.

Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family. If you need a late checkout, please let us know as soon as possible. If you don’t have a guest later, we love to help!

Tickets to the coolest attractions in town. Comfortable transfers from and to airports (SDU: R$ 120, GIG: R$ 150) and other destinations such as show houses, Cabo Frio (R$ 600) and Ilha Grande (R$ 800).

For transfers, ask at least 2 days in advance, okay?

All our communication will be done with care and agility through the website of your reservation, from Sunday to Sunday, from 08h to 20h. So everything is organized and safe! CURIOSITIES AND HISTORICAL FACTS

The Copacabana Palace: Opened in 1923, this iconic hotel has become a symbol of luxury and glamour, hosting celebrities and historical events. Walking through its facade is already a journey in time! The Copacabana Boardwalk: Designed by Burle Marx, with its famous black and white waves, the boardwalk is an open-air work of art and one of the most recognized postcards in Brazil. The Revolt of the 18 Strong: In 1922, the Copacabana Fort was the scene of a military uprising that marked the history of the country. The "18 do Forte" marched along the waterfront in protest, in an episode of great courage and political significance. The Birth of Bossa Nova: Although the Beco das Garrafas in Copacabana is known as one of the cradles of Bossa Nova, the musical movement that revolutionized Brazil had its first wheels and meetings in discreet apartments and bars of the neighborhood in the late 50s. Names like Tom Jobim, Vinicius de Moraes and João Gilberto frequented the neighborhood, exchanging ideas and chords that would give rise to this unique and world-famous rhythm. GOLD TIPS:

Keep an eye out: prices on the waterfront are usually a little bit saltier than in the inner streets. When paying in cash, try to negotiate discounts! For culture lovers, on Tuesdays many museums open their doors for free! Stay alert and avoid giving money to beggars on the street. Count on us for whatever you need tickets or information about the city!

TRANSPORTATION:

Daily: subway, buses and taxis to move easily around the city and ports.

APPs that make life easier: Uber, 99 and Taxi Rio: your private drivers in the palm of your hand. Moovit: your smart guide to bus, subway and train routes.

Best options for getting around: Walk to explore every corner of the neighborhood, subway, trains and buses to other areas of the city (traffic can be a challenge!).

Avoid using car if possible, parking can be expensive and the city has a lot of traffic. Arrived at the airport or port? Taxi or Uber are practical and fast.

If you prefer extra comfort, we can pick you up, consult prices, let us know in advance.

For a getaway to Cabo Frio or Búzios, the transfer is R$ 800. And for a paradise like Angra or Ilha Grande, R$ 800. To ensure everything is perfect, ask for your transfer at least 2 days in advance, ok?
