The hotel was neat, staff were friendly and prompt to attend to your needs. Even the staff with limited English skills go out of their way to help or find you someone who can understand you and assist you. I will for sure stay here again.

Perfect location, 2 blocks away from Ipanema beach post 10; best location in my opinion, even better than LeBlon if you want to be in a good beach with nice people but not overcrowded like Leblon. 4 blocks away from the lake Rodrigo de Freitas. The hotel is located where all the best shopping stores and best restaurants are located. Totally safe.

Disappointing hotel!! Dirty floor and ants all over room AC wasn’t working then we had to check out and check back in next day end of day to get another room. The pillows didn’t smell good. Walls very thin and you could hear everyone outside the room and upstairs!!! Just overall a 2.5 star hotel in American standards. Location was excellent but I would not stay here again!
