The room was much worse than the pictures. House keeping staff didnt even change the sheets or restock water in the refrigerator for 5 days. One day the hoise keeping didnt provide the bedding once changing sheets. It took three trips to the front desk to get a blanket for the bed. No restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was provided but not very good. The bed in the room was poor quality. Not worth it.

⭐️ ESCROQUERIE PURE ET SIMPLE – HONTEUX Cet hôtel est une décharge insalubre, indigne d’accueillir des êtres humains. La chambre était répugnante : plafond en état de pourriture avancée, moisissures visibles, cafards qui se promènent librement, fourmis partout, y compris près du lit. Dormir là-dedans est tout simplement inhumain. Les draps étaient sales, manifestement pas changés, avec une odeur écœurante. L’hygiène est zéro, le ménage est inexistant. On se demande sérieusement comment cet établissement peut encore être autorisé à recevoir du public. Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, l’hôtel pratique des prix scandaleux pour le Nouvel An, totalement abusifs. Faire payer aussi cher pour une chambre dans cet état relève de l’escroquerie. Ils profitent de Copacabana et de la haute saison pour arnaquer les clients. Aucune réaction sérieuse du personnel, aucune excuse crédible, aucun geste commercial. Mépris total des clients. Cet endroit est une honte absolue pour l’hôtellerie à Rio. Si vous tenez à votre santé, à votre argent et à votre dignité : N’Y METTEZ JAMAIS LES PIEDS.

Primeiramente o quarto triplo que foi pago não havia no local no ato do check in. Depois de algum tempo foi improvisado uma terceira cama para ser colocada no quarto duplo deixando o ambiente extremamente apertado e desconfortável. Durante a estadia apareceram diversas baratas no quarto, o ar condicionado funcionando precariamente.

Nice hotel and comfortable room. In a good location with a rooftop patio. I wasn't impressed with the rest of the staff but Juliana at the front desk is great! Hard to find, especially in Brazil

Although the location was amazing and the staff was great I feel like I didn’t get wait I paid for. My room was not updated, I couldn’t watch anything on the tv, charger ports were not working properly and the ac was leaking in the room as well as the curtains were dirty and broken in one spot and I paid less for another hotel in the area and had none of these issues. I probably would not book this hotel again but staff was amazing and the location was on a great spot

The room was nothing like the photos. There was peeling paint, cracks along the walls, door handles falling off, what looked like mold in the bathroom as well as the door lock being broken. Management was refusing to speak to us when we complained and requested a refund or at least a cancellation of the remaining stay. The book of complaints in the lobby was at capacity. We ended up going to a police station and speaking with some lawyers. Once we managed to contact them on writing demanding a cancellation in accordance with Brazilian consumer protection laws we finally obtained one. Some of the reception staff was really helpful as much as they could given the circumstances. The breakfast was decent and the location was good, but I would never go back.

I must report bad practice by a young man at the reception who was there on September 21. I asked him to order me a taxi to the airport at a contact number that I had. Well, when we arrived at the airport the taxi driver charged us a higher amount than the budgeted amount. The person at the reception called a taxi driver who was a friend of his and not the contact that I gave him. Very bad experience because one trusts the hotel staff
