O banheiro estava cheio de cabelos no chão. O ar condicionado com a aleta quebrada, o que faz com que venha uma frente fria diretamente em direção da cama. Por fim, o alarme de incendio disparou por 40 minutos por volta das 23:00 e voltou a disparar as 02:00 da manhã. Surreal, experiência tenebrosa.

O quarto estava em boas condições e a equipe de limpeza é prestativa. Um pouco desatenta pois não repuseram o shampoo no banheiro por duas vezes que limparam o quarto. Falta de cordialidade no pessoal da recepção e falta de avisos para o serviço de self service das guloseimas oferecidas na recepção. Talheres sujos no café da manhã e falta de opção como um bife ou ovo para o buffet d almoço.
