The breakfast was good, especially with the assortment of tropical fruits and bread. The staff were really friendly and helpful, too. While the place was generally clean, the room had many ants.

The Ibis Hotel

The Ibis Hotel in Rio De Janeiro has mosquitos in my Hotel room I paid for. I was bitten by mosquitoes many times. The other Ibis Hotel near the Airport also had mosquitos in the Hotel lobby.

The staff was not friendly. They did not let us check in even forty minutes before the official check-in time. We only needed the room for three hours, and that forty minutes would have been a big help since I had a video call at work. I ended up taking the call in their restaurant, as the lobby just had one couch, which was already taken. There were two desks as well. One was occupied, and they were so close to the reception and distracting.

O Hotel segue o padrão da rede Ibis e entrega atendimento cordial e descontraído, quartos com conforto e amenidades minimamente necessárias, com boa limpeza. O HOtel está bem localizado, em frente a um shopping e com lojas perto. EM local seguro, inclusive para sair a noite, a pé. O ponto negativo corresponde ao forte cheiro de mofo nos quartos e corredores, fruto da umindade e pouca ventilação natural do prédio. Café da manha paga a parte não é uma boa ideia. Caro e não vale o que se paga.
