The Ibis Hotel

The Ibis Hotel in Rio De Janeiro has mosquitos in my Hotel room I paid for. I was bitten by mosquitoes many times. The other Ibis Hotel near the Airport also had mosquitos in the Hotel lobby.

The staff was not friendly. They did not let us check in even forty minutes before the official check-in time. We only needed the room for three hours, and that forty minutes would have been a big help since I had a video call at work. I ended up taking the call in their restaurant, as the lobby just had one couch, which was already taken. There were two desks as well. One was occupied, and they were so close to the reception and distracting.

O hotel fica próximo a uma estação do BRT, entretanto recomendo cautela para ir à estação a pé (e não recomendo ir à noite). De resto, a estada foi tranquila, apesar da Internet fornecida ser lenta e instável. Bom, porém só ficaria novamente se não tiver opções melhor localizadas.

Em relação a estrutura do hotel não tenho do que relatar, mas faço uma pequena pontuação em relação a duas coisas: o serviço e quarto, onde era feito somente a arrumação da cama e a troca das toalhas, não houve limpeza nos 5 dias hospedados, podia pelo menos a cada dois dias passar uma vassoura no quarto. E segundo em relação a internet, o wi-fi funciona, mas a quantidade disponibilizada era tipo de 2 a 4 mbytes, insuficiente para rodar qualquer coisa mais simples que seja. Enfim, o hotel é muito bom e irei me hospedar outras vezes, mas se puderem melhorar pelo menos a internet ofertada já vale muito.
