To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ Apartment with internal staircase and mezzanine, ideal for those looking for a modern and well-distributed space.

⚠️If you need to store your luggage, you can leave it at our agency.

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10 p.m. (Noise Law).

⚠️ Smoking is not permitted.

⚠️ Keep the window slightly open for ventilation.

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags.

⚠️ Trash disposal must be done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Disposal outside these hours is subject to a fine imposed by the City.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical appliances. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the landlord deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Leaving any objects in the apartment's outdoor areas and hanging items from windows is prohibited.

⚠️ Check-in starts at 3 p.m. and check-out before 11 a.m. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of bath linens per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changes can be arranged and paid for separately. Please be careful with items that could cause damage, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.

⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of the stay and are not replaced.

⚠️ All guests must submit their identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
