Would be good if the people from the restaurant really take care of the people, it was one hour waiting for a simple order of chicken wings and two drinks, it was terrible and end up having the order delivered to the room after two complaints. This was a very nice property, nice pool, nice breakfast, nice room and bed, nice bath and kitchen. The only thing I didn’t love was that it was on the eighth floor and the electricity went out a couple times and we had to walk all the way up by the stairs. That wasn’t very fun. Other than that risk, and the fact that we got two twin sheets on our bed once, I would highly recommend this place.

Pool area was very unkept pool water looked dirty. Property has lots of potential with the right maintenance and up keep it would really be a great hotel. Rooms need paint and better cleaning. Bathroom grout was moldy. Again Great space and potential with better up keep. That being said, staff was great breakfast included was a plus and parking included too.

Hotel is ok. View from pool area is great. Organization in reception desk is absolutely terrible. No guest have 1 minute early check in which is ok and fair for their business. However, it turns out that all guests stay in line in lobby waiting for check in at 14:00 while reception keeps doing nothing but looking the clock to count seconds to 14:00 in very bad attitude. If you want to feel mistreated please go there and experience this.

The hotel has serious issues with room cleanliness. Also the rooms are old, we had 5 rooms and 4 of them were smelly and poorly cleaned when we got them. Two of them had no hot water, the bed sheets, pillow cases and the towels had stain on them. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is the view from the room and the friendliness of the staff at the front desk. The pool was also dirty and the hotel facade is aged and have water stains.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding the reception. I often experience that the staff seem less than welcoming, and it is rare to be greeted with a smile or a friendly acknowledgment. Today, I had to wait 15 minutes just to receive a laundry bag, even though there was only one person ahead of me in line and two staff members present. I hope you will take this into consideration, as the service experience at the reception has a significant impact on the overall impression.

Atendimento da recepção de péssima qualidade, eles não tem comunicação interna e tratam os hospedes mal. Cafe da manhã é fraco, sem variedades e qualidade. Na área da piscina tem muito gato, o cheiro da urina deles fica muito forte no ambiente. Não vale a propaganda que fazem. A comida do restaurante é boa e a vista bonita é o que salva a hospedagem.

A luz caiu toda hora durante a noite . O ar condicionado precisou ser religado pelo funcionário pra voltar . No dia seguinte que seria o dia do meu check out, tive que tomar banho frio , ir com os cabelos molhados, me arrumar no escuro porque não tinha luz !! Ninguém deu uma satisfação . Qdo eu perg , falaram que havia caiu uma árvore . E na noite anterior ? Um hotel daquele porte não ter um gerador ? O que salvou foi o café da manhã que estava mto bom . O funcionário que fez o check in mto cordial mas na saída havia um outro funcionário que custou a se mancar em me ajudar com as malas . E olha que estava chovendo hein !! Enfim , não voltaria novamente e nem recomendaria .
