Hotel was great, clean and well kept, staff was very friendly and helpful, spoke other languages which helped a lot!
The cook/waiter on the 2nd floor was not very friendly when we had to order food at night!
The staff is very nice and the breakfast is always good with a lot to choose from as far as fruits cakes and that stuff the hot part of the breakfast generally consists of eggs and a meat dish. It's a buffet style so you can feel yourself up with breakfast. The gym is pretty decent and it's open for a long enough time but not 24 hours.
The bathroom had some mildew and the AC smelled a little mildewy

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We stayed here for 2 nights during carnival and the hotel is excellent value for money. It's an old hotel and we loved the original architecture. It's basic but has a comfortable bed, great power in the shower and the room was nice and clean. Our room was very quiet at night.
The real asset to the hotel are the staff, especially Cesar who met us on arrival at the front desk and was so friendly and helpful during our stay.
The hotel is downtown and we did see a couple of homeless people but in our 3 day stay we never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. We used ubers and the metro to get around the city.
It was an excellent stay and an update on the internet service. The internet has been improved and they are doing more work on it. Is better than many hotels in the US. And of course the employees were great.
It was a nice hotel to stay in but the only problem it was the intermittent internet service. However, as I was leaving they are redoing the wiring for the internet service so I expect some serious improvements by my next visit.
Noisy, run down hotel, in desperate need of renovations. Calling it OK is and overstatement. If you need a place to stay near the consulate, this is a quick 5 minute walk from it, but don't expect any comfort, just a place to sleep a few hours (if you can with all the noise). Shower had hot water. Breakfast was OK. Pillow was hard as a rock.
We stayed here for its proximity to the US consulate. We loved this little hotel! The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We also enjoyed the rooftop because of the pool and the view. They serve a continental breakfast every morning which is great because you don't have to go out. Theere are several homeless people around the hotel which can be scary at night. If you're going to the consulate, there is an alley right next to the hotel that you can take and it cuts the travel time down. I don't suggest getting food from the hotel restaurant Ramal 215 because they're rude and the food was terrible. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Location is fine. You can walk to/from SDU and metro/tram stations are steps away. On the negative side: they charge for luggage storage. RS 20, which is not much, but that’s exactly the point. Breakfast
