Quartos confortáveis. Lobby muito elegante. Equipe da recepção e manobristas muito prestativa. A do café parecia revoltada com tudo, mal humoradas. Limpeza regular. Muita poeira acumulada nos cantos. Quartos com cheiro de mofo muito forte, tive que trocar 2x de quarto e o terceiro apenas tinha mofo, não o cheiro. Tive que me contentar. Corredores dos quartos com cheiro de diesel do gerador. Café satisfatório, jantar sem graça e muito caro, todo mundo pede ifood e funciona super bem. Destaque para o yakisoba do restaurante Kyoto. A região é o centro do RJ, não tive nenhum problema de segurança mas parece o apocalipse zumbi. Dentro do hotel parece que vc está em um universo paralelo.

O Hotel é muito bom. Equipe atenciosa e competente. Café da manhã muito bom. A única coisa que achei mais ou menos, foi a conservação do quarto que fiquei (510). Box vazava água pra fora, na hora do banho. As cortinas também com conservação ruim. Porém, de um modo geral, o serviço foi ótimo. Recomendo.

Se você busca limpeza extrema e detalhista, esse não é o lugar ideal para se hospedar. O quarto manteve resíduos da hospedagem anterior (como fita crepe colada no teto e afins). O quarto estava com baratas (pequenas) tanto no banheiro quanto do quarto. Infelizmente relataram um problema recente de luz e o hotel estava funcionando com gerador (normalmente a iluminação funciona normalmente, porém dessa vez não estava 100%).

O quarto é bom e o café da manhã é ok, embora seja repetitivo. Isso não foi problema, o problema mesmo foi a Internet. O Wi-Fi simplesmente não conectava, então gastei toda a Internet da minha operadora durante minha estadia.

Durante a minha estadia, o hotel sofreu um incêndio no gerador de energia. Alguns hóspedes foram remanejados para outros hotéis da rede. Fui parar num hotel de qualidade infinitamente inferior e tarifa mais barata. Ate hoje busco ressarcimento ou crédito para outra noite. Eles nunca respondem ao e-mail. Ignoram sem perceber que a falta de manutenção não é problema do hóspede.

O hotel estava sem energia elétrica. Para relocar pra outra unidade do grupo demorou 2 h. Me idirecionaram para o Atlântico Tower, mas me deram o endereço errado Mesmo eu perguntando se tinha certeza do endereço Foram várias pessoas pro mesmo endereço. Eu tive que pagar o uber até o endereço errado e depois pagar novamente para ir ao certo. Como tudo estava fechado tive que pedir comida pelo Ifood. Ainda no check out tive que pagar uma água Não me deram nen uma desculpa pelo transtorno

Ao chegar no hotel na madrugada do sábado fui informado de uma taxa referente a estacionamento no valor De R$ 156,00 por dois dias, achei um absurdo, taxa essa não foi informada anteriormente no momento da reserva, o que levaria a pesquisar outras opções. Outro ponto café da manhã muito limitado sem opções e devido ao hotel está lotado, a reposição deixou muito a desejar.

Quarto imundo cheio de sujeira sabonete usado ,garrafa vazia de água, barata no quarto, endredom horrível, café da manhã bem simples, a recepção foi a única coisa q salva esse hotel mas o rapaz para ajudar com as malas um preguiçoso não ajudou na chegada e na saída foi na má vontade .
