The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Check-in took almost an hour, which was very frustrating. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no variety at all. The elevators were extremely slow, and we often had to wait a long time just to get one. Overall, the location is the only reason I would consider staying here again.

It was clean but it felt antiquated and the beds were not very comfortable..although it was just three blocks from the beach it was close to the entrance of a favela. The pool was very small compared to the picture..and had a scrubby look...breakfast was good and the internet is very poor ...

The worst experience of my life at this hotel. Horrible service. The hotel sells itself with photos, but don't be fooled; the photos aren't of the hotel. The hotel is old, the rooms smell awful, and nothing works. Everything is antiquated, and the manager, named Rene, is a person with no respect or manners when dealing with customers. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Horrible experience!

This was my third stay here. I did not like the room they gave me. There were only four power outlets: One in the bathroom, one in the corridor close to the entrance, another reserved for the TV, and one reserved for the A/C. The A/C one was closest to the bed. If I wanted to charge my phone while in bed, I had to unplug the A/C, & sit/laydown on the edge of the bed. It was an uncomfortable experience. Luckily, I did not need to use the A/C during this stay. If I come back, I'll bring an extension cord. I also learned their guest policy has changed at the worst possible timing. Due to past drama, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms now.

Limpeza e localização são mto boas, café da manhã excelente, mas na acomodação faltam cuidados. Colchão velho e deformado(mole demais). Luminárias do banheiro enferrujadas, placas usadas nas paredes do banheiro descolando. Tv com sinal ruim, com chuvisco. Tinha feito uma segunda reserva num quarto superior antecipado e no dia q era pra trocar n tinha o quarto por falha da gerência e n foi ressarcido. Ainda aguardando contato deles como foi passado por eles e já faz 5 dias.

Geralmente eu não costumo fazer avaliações, mas em respeito e alerta aos demais clientes, que eu sempre leio as avaliações, resolvi fazer essa: 1. A reserva era para 4 pessoas. Um casal e duas crianças. O atendente da recepção (muito enjoado) me disse que nenhuma suíte teria uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro. Questionei então por que aceitaram a reserva nestas condições. Respondeu que eu deveria reclamar com a agência que fez a reserva (hotéis.com). Disse que pra me ajudar colocaria um sofá-cama no quarto. Esse

A limpeza do nosso quarto estava terrível, tenho um bebê de 1 ano que engatinho pelo chão assim que chegamos, a criança ficou imunda, como se tivesse andado na rua. Tirei uma foto do box do banheiro, nojento, a muito tempo não vê uma limpeza decente. Impossível andar descalça no quarto, a meses não vê um pano aquele chão. Nunca mais.

Antes de reservar este hotel, fiquei com bastante receio por causa da quantidade de avaliações negativas. Li comentários falando da limpeza, do café da manhã, dos funcionários e dos quartos, mas minha experiência foi completamente diferente. É um hotel simples, mas oferece um ótimo custo-benefício. O quarto é limpo e organizado, com limpeza realizada diariamente. O banheiro também estava sempre limpo, e o chuveiro é excelente. Os funcionários merecem um elogio especial: todos foram muito educados, atenciosos e prestativos durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito bem servido. Sempre que algum item acabava, a equipe fazia a reposição rapidamente, então não faltou nada. A piscina e a academia também estavam sempre limpas e bem cuidadas. Outro ponto muito positivo é a localização. Fica perto da praia, com mercado, farmácia e outros comércios por perto, além de haver policiamento na região, o que trouxe uma sensação maior de segurança. Na minha opinião, muitas avaliações que li antes da viagem não refletem a realidade que encontrei. Não é um hotel de luxo, mas entrega muito bem o que promete pelo valor da diária. Eu voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo para quem procura um lugar limpo, bem localizado e com uma equipe atenciosa.

Café da manhã excelente. Prestação de serviço de alguns sobre a equipe da cozinha nao muito prestativa, as 20h precisa de um garfo e nao conseguiram me conceder um para que pudesse comer, acredito que se me desse uma para devolver depois nao iria ferir ninguém. (A atendente foi uma mulher aparentemente 30+ anos, com tatuagens, loira, cabelo curto) Recepção excelente.

Pontos positivos: Ótima localização, estação de metrô na frente, ótimo café da manhã, funcionários educados e atenciosos. Pontos negativos: Não tem ventilação no banheiro ,a parede tem mofo no teto, no quarto no ar condicionado tb havia mofo, no guarda roupa tb cheiro ruim de mofo, mas o quarto estava limpo, em minha opinião deveriam dar uma atenção a esses mofos.
