The worst experience of my life at this hotel. Horrible service. The hotel sells itself with photos, but don't be fooled; the photos aren't of the hotel. The hotel is old, the rooms smell awful, and nothing works. Everything is antiquated, and the manager, named Rene, is a person with no respect or manners when dealing with customers. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Horrible experience!

This was my third stay here. I did not like the room they gave me. There were only four power outlets: One in the bathroom, one in the corridor close to the entrance, another reserved for the TV, and one reserved for the A/C. The A/C one was closest to the bed. If I wanted to charge my phone while in bed, I had to unplug the A/C, & sit/laydown on the edge of the bed. It was an uncomfortable experience. Luckily, I did not need to use the A/C during this stay. If I come back, I'll bring an extension cord. I also learned their guest policy has changed at the worst possible timing. Due to past drama, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms now.

O hotel em si é muito bom e bem localizado, os quartos são bons, só achei a limpeza um pouco ruim devido ao chão ficar com areia mesmo elas limpando. Os funcionários são todos muitos atenciosos. O café da manhã é bom, porém senti falta de variar o cardápio, o ar condicionado funcionava bem só tinha um barulhinho chato que senti um incomodo para dormi nos primeiros dias. No mais, tudo certo.

Localização do hotel ótima! Porém os funcionários deixaram muito a desejar. A equipe que estava no turno na nossa chegada foi excelente, o Sr. Campos, e os meninos muito atenciosos, cuidadosos e gentis, porém; os próximos turnos, um terror. Pessoal extremamente perdido, uma demora sem fim pra ser atendido, nosso checkin foi atrasado por horas, e o pessoal que ficava no auxílio, super grosseiro quando pedíamos pra pegar a mala, ou perguntávamos alguma coisa. O quarto não era dos melhores. Todo mofado, água do chuveiro mal saia, e a pia do banheiro super entupida. O café manhã ficou excelente no domingo, porém nos outros dias, deixou a desejar bastante na qualidade e nas opções.

Café da manhã razoável, quarto limpo porém o ar condicionado por ser antigo não gela mto, equipe de funcionários precisa de uma reciclagem já que não resolvem os problemas de acordo com a demanda dos hóspedes. Me mudaram de apto e fiquei um dia sem toalhas de banho mesmo solicitando ao longo de 3 turnos. Fizeram a cobrança de uma Pré Autorização no meu cartão e não efetuaram o cancelamento da mesma e me cobraram o valor cheio das diárias. Aguardando um retorno do financeiro e não obtive resposta até o momento. Experiência não mto satisfatória.
