What we really liked about this hotel? I must say 5 stars for breakfast, great choice, lots of fruit, and great choice of everything, fresh and tasty. Another great thing was location, close to metro, taxi and activities. Some staff was nice but they did not speak english. Where ever we fo we expect that somebody would speak english as well. Room was avarage, towels and bedding could be cleaner. I could smell mould from mouldy walls. We only were happy with the shower.

The room was clean but I had two issues and I was that the room was really small and there was really no hot water in the sink. The shower had hot water and was decent but these were the two issues I have with the room. I picked this because it had a gym and although the rooftop pool area was nice the gym would be better if they had some kind of weight equipment.

O hotel é ok. As instalações estão faltando algumas manutenções. O box de vidro do banheiro estava travado, tinha mofo no banheiro e a torneira estava fraca. O hotel estava em manutenção de um dos elevadores, e o hotel tem 19 andares, o que tornava exaustiva as esperas por ele, pois só tinham 3, um de funcionários e um funcionando, pq o outro estava quebrado. O café é bem ok, básico. E uma das coisas q mais me deixou com raiva foi o estacionamento, pois informaram nesta plataforma que é 40 reais e chegando no lugar paguei 75. E tudo muitooo mal informado pela equipe. Fui la perguntar sobre os 40, falaram, ah não, é o aqui do lado, mas ta fechado. E acabei pagando praticamente o dobro, pq na região é horrível de estacionamentos e este era o mais barato, porém ele é muito caro se não for hóspedes. Enfim. Hotel com alguns funcionários muito prestativos e outros pareciam q não queriam atender, mal falavam o básico.

Experiência extremamente decepcionante. O quarto estava com cheiro insuportável de mofo, as cobertas também exalavam odor forte e desagradável, e o hotel claramente sofre com falta de manutenção. Apenas um elevador funcionava para atender todos os andares, gerando transtornos constantes. O pior foi o problema recorrente com o cartão de acesso ao quarto: em um único dia precisei trocá-lo quatro vezes. Mesmo assim, fiquei mais de uma hora esperando uma solução e permaneci presa do lado de fora do quarto. É inadmissível que um hotel ofereça um serviço tão precário e cause tamanho desconforto aos hóspedes.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante do início ao fim. Ao chegar, tentamos fazer o check-in no horário previsto, mas fomos informados de que não havia quartos disponíveis. A justificativa não pareceu condizer com a realidade e o atendimento não demonstrou interesse em encontrar uma solução adequada. O quarto deixou muito a desejar. Além de ser extremamente apertado, os móveis passam a impressão de oferecer espaço para guardar pertences, mas na prática são apenas decorativos e pouco funcionais. O banheiro apresentava problemas de higiene, com presença de mosquitos, o que causou bastante desconforto. Outro problema recorrente foi o cartão magnético da fechadura, que constantemente parava de funcionar. Em diversas ocasiões precisei descer até a recepção para solicitar a reativação do cartão. Para piorar, apenas um elevador estava funcionando durante a estadia, o que tornava esse transtorno ainda mais cansativo. A recepção também deixou muito a desejar. O atendimento foi pouco acolhedor, sem a atenção e a eficiência esperadas para solucionar os problemas apresentados pelos hóspedes. Infelizmente, a soma de todos esses fatores resultou em uma experiência bastante negativa. Pelo valor cobrado e pela expectativa criada, esperava muito mais em termos de estrutura, manutenção, organização e atendimento. Não pretendo me hospedar novamente e não recomendaria este hotel a quem busca conforto e uma boa experiência.
