Recepção extraordinária, localização magnífica, tudo perto, farmácia, mercado, pizzaria, restaurante, ônibus na porta. Ótimo para ficar com crianças, muito seguro e tranquilo. Apartamento atende todas as necessidades, a anfitriã é nota mil. Só melhoraria se tivesse máquina de lavar roupa e estacionamento, pois o mais próximo é a três quadras e é caro.
