Sempre me hospedo no Dom Barra, dessa vez argumentaram que a reserva estava para quarto de casal, mesmo eu mostrando a reserva quarto twin, pediram para aguardar para resolverem , sempre peço quarto longe do elevador e sou atendida, dessa vez me colocaram em frente ao elevador, o ar condicionado com defeito, não desligava e a palheta quebrada, porta do banheiro com mola quebrada , box que inundava e um travesseiro péssimo, foi só por uma noite, mas é a primeira vez que isso acontece, parece que pegaram o pior quarto e me deram . Que pena, porque sempre fui só elogios para com o hotel

Minha estadia no DOM Barra Hotel teve pontos positivos e negativos. O grande destaque fica para a equipe: os funcionários são excelentes, muito educados e prestativos. A área da piscina é ótima, a cama é muito confortável e o café da manhã fica na média, atendendo bem. Por outro lado, a experiência perde um pouco o valor devido a taxas e problemas na estrutura. Acho ruim a cobrança do estacionamento à parte e os preços do mercadinho interno são um pouco acima da média. Além disso, o hotel convive com uma obra que parece 'eterna', a água do chuveiro não esquenta muito em alguns horários e a porta do banheiro do meu quarto não trancava. É um hotel com potencial, mas que precisa finalizar as reformas.

Gostaria de registrar minha satisfação com a hospedagem no Dom Hotel, entre os dias 12 e 18 de julho. Fui muito bem recebido desde a minha chegada, por volta das 6h30/7h, quando o colaborador Bernardo me acolheu com muita cordialidade e já providenciou minha acomodação. Também agradeço ao Flávio, que resolveu rapidamente a questão da televisão, substituindo o aparelho com eficiência. Destaco ainda o excelente café da manhã, preparado e servido com muito carinho pelas colaboradoras, sempre simpáticas e atenciosas, além da equipe de limpeza, que manteve o quarto impecável durante toda a estadia. Como sugestão de melhoria, apenas o ar-condicionado do quarto, que estava sem a aleta direcionadora do fluxo de ar, fazendo com que o vento ficasse muito forte diretamente sobre a cama. No mais, minha experiência foi excelente. Parabéns a toda a equipe pela educação, simpatia e profissionalismo. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar no Dom Hotel.
