To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you observe some house rules and notices:



The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.



Noise is not permitted after 10 p.m. (Noise Law).



The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people staying in the apartment at least 48 hours in advance during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the list provided will not be allowed into the building.



Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags.



Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.



When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical appliances. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.



Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM and our check-out time is before 11:00 AM. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



Outlets marked in red are 220V.



For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of bath linens per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changes can be arranged and paid separately. Please be careful with items that could damage them, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.



Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of the stay and are not replaced.



All guests must submit their identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
