The hotel overall was great. The staff are very friendly, easy check in, the room was very clean with all the proper amenities. Breakfast and dinner was really good as well. The location isn't bad and its easy access to Ubers. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and kind. It is a very good and accessible location as well, right near the bus and being in centro I could go anywhere. The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold.

Casa Nova Hotel was my lighthouse in a storm. They took me in and help me as a weary travel who had just lost their nonexistent VRBO. Because that is exactly what happened. My lack of speaking very much português was another great way that they helped me. I would highly recommend them.

Nota máxima para a recepção, atendimento impecável, digno de 10 estrelas, muito bom mesmo, obrigado pela presteza. Hotel muito bom, segunda vez que me hospedo, completo de tudo, quarto muito bom, cama e chuveiro excelente. O café da manhã estava ótimo todos os dias que ficamos, completo e comida de qualidade, tudo muito limpo e reposição rápida da comida. Ótimo custo benefício para quem procura algo que caiba no bolso. Unica observação o chão do quarto por se de madeira, algumas parte estavam soltas e causava barulho ao andar. No mais tudo muito bom, recomendo.

Hotel muito limpo, travesseiros muito bons, café da manhã bem variado com horário ótimo (a partir das 6h). Chuveiro muito bom (temperatura e quantidade de água). Quarto silencioso (7º andar). Ar condicionado moderno. Da pra ir a pé visitar a escadaria e os arcos da Lapa. Tem uma pizzaria MARAVILHOSA lá pertinho (Calabrezza) e o Bar da Garrafa (samba e ambiente muito agradável ) bem perto tb.

No geral foi bom, só os quartos que ficam de frente para rua que são muito barulhentos! Infelizmente fiquei em um desses! Só um elevador funcionando no fim de semana causou fila de espera. Café da manhã bom, com reposição rápida. Eu voltaria para ficar em um quarto que ficasse voltado para o fundo. Custo benefício excelente.
