Our apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 suite with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, a living room, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and a small laundry area with a washing machine.


The apartment has a lovely balcony to enjoy the view, a living room with a large TV, sofa bed, and comfortable armchairs, ceiling fans, a dining table near the balcony with a view of the sea. The suite has a partial sea view, a giant TV, a double bed, wardrobes, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a bathroom. The second smaller bedroom has a sea view, 2 single beds, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and there's a small laundry area with a washing machine and a sea-view window. The apartment is compact (70 square meters), but very cozy, with a fantastic view and a wonderful location right in front of the beach! Its relaxed decor pays tribute to Rio and its beautiful tourist spots.


The condominium has a playground for children, a sports court, and a small market for basic items. This apartment is perfect for family vacations, groups of friends, and remote work.


The apartment is located in Barra da Tijuca, the safest and most pleasant neighborhood in Rio, with wide walkways, right in front of the beach, with great kiosks, bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and supermarkets, so you won’t need a car and can walk everywhere! You can exercise on the promenade, ride a bike, take surfing or volleyball lessons, or simply relax on the sand and enjoy the wonderful beach! The neighborhood also offers great shopping malls, cinemas, ice cream parlors, and restaurants, as well as beautiful parks and tropical forests with easy access.


For the good coexistence of all, it is essential that the guest respects the rules of the apartment and the condominium:
- Copies of the guests' identity documents will be required for the condominium administration to authorize guest access to the building.
- Loud music is prohibited during the day and after 10 p.m.
- Sauna, gym and swimming pool are exclusively for residents.
- We provide kitchen utensils, bed linens, and towels. If damaged, we may charge the cost of replacing the item.
