O espaço apresenta exatamente o que se propõe, pertíssimo da praia do Leme, uma das minhas preferidas, bem servido de comércios e restaurantes, lugar seguro. A limpeza, arrumação e itens de cama e banho estavam impecáveis. A única questão que precisa ser pontuada, infelizmente, é a quantidade absurda de baratas. Eu entendo que é um problema crônico desta região do Rio de Janeiro, mas para pessoas mais sensíveis se torna um pesadelo. Não nos sentimos seguros para utilizar os itens de cozinha do apartamento pela quantidade de baratas. No banheiro eram diversas, dentro do armário de panelas e dentro da airfryer. Felizmente o apartamento contava com mata baratas que ajudou bastante, mas ainda assim foi difícil. Espero que algo seja feito pelo proprietário e junto ao condomínio, pois é uma excelente estadia.

Quarto lindo igual está na foto! porém acredito que poderiam melhorar um pouco na limpeza tinha uns cantos com teia de aranha e umas coisinhas com pó acomunado. Fora isso localização ótima com tudo muito perto mercadinho, lavanderia, hortifruti, restaurantes e etc Aproveitem que vale apena
