i had a great time staying at this hotel! i loveddd that it was so close to the beach & it really helped since i was there for new years. it was only 3ish blocks away! alexandre checked me in & he was such a pleasure! i loved speaking with him & i was always happy to see him when i was coming in & out of the hotel. i had a mishap with leaving my jacket in the back of a fuber (fake uber) & the next day after my stay, daniela helped me & confirmed that it was returned! she was very sweet & she also helped me at check out & keeping my bag stored away when i wanted to leave my stuff there before my flight!

We got placed in a room that looked like it was run down, molding and seriously unclean. the ac would leak constantly from the ceiling and drip close to the bed and the amount of times we called maintenance it was never getting fixed right even if they brought someone out. The sink and toilet would clog constantly as well.

Our room view was amazing. It was good hotel according to price and location(5 minutes walk Copa Cabana beach). They also had good breakfast and clean room and big enough. Also hotel help you find buy tickets for tourist places in Rio de Janerio.

This place was smaller than I expected on top of that the bathroom really smelled like urine to the point where I couldn’t stay because the smell was so strong. You can tell they cleaned because it smelled like urine and cleaning products maybe has something to do with the plumbing But I switched hotels because I did not like how small the room was either.

Everything is good but the room is small. The disappointment was the breakfast, they start to put a cart for cleaning and removing the stuff from the table and the cart position was next to your body and very close to your face . Also they don’t have bowls for cereal and oatmeal, I request but i didn’t get it.

Very small room and a constant smell of sewage from the bathroom in our room. The bathroom had an extremely rusty mirror, rusty trashcan, and the sink would spray water everywhere. The AC barely worked and there weren’t any outlets next to the bed which made it harder to charge our phones. The parking rate was the cheapest we found in the city, and the breakfast was phenomenal.

This was an excellent choice for a hotel. The room and dinning area where they offered free breakfast was very clean. There was a variety of delicious food. The hotel is located about two blocks from the Copacabana Beach, so walking was easy. Also they have a beautiful rooftop along with a pool with an amazing view of the mountains and the Christ the Redeemer. I would highly recommend you stay there.

The stay wasn’t bad but the elevator was out of service. Imagine having to climb up to the 9th floor every single time and to the 17th floor to go to the pool. Oh and I got stuck in the elevator to make matters worse.
