Useless and uninterested managers

Hotel chosen for late arrival, having 24h reception service, restaurant open until 10pm and as backup room service until 9.30pm. But useless management and planning leas to kitchen refuseing ro serve any food to guest from 8pm, exept already reservations. Hence not even a simple meal with room service. This in a town closing 9 or 10pm, so pratically not possible to get a meal anywhere.

Fint ophold og meget lækkert morgenmad, flink og hjælpsom personale:-) lørdag aften skulle vi spise inde i byen og det regnede, den nye kommende direktør stod ved receptionen og tilbød og kørte os ind til byen, det er ski godt nok go service:-) Det er 3. gang vi bor på hotellet og vi kommer helt sikkert igen :-)

Dejligt hotel og lækker spa afdeling Vi havde booket et plus værelse, med altan. Dog var det lidt en skam at altan var ud i går. Så det havde vi ingen glæde af overhovedet. Der stod et bord på altanen men ingen stole. Værelset mangler skabe. Du kan ikke pakke din kuffert ud da der ingen steder er at gøre af tøjet. Vi spiste aftensmad og morgenmad og det var rigtig lækkert det hele
