The house was chilly and the heat setting on the thermostat was blocked. I have a flip phone and had to rely on my guest traveler to communicate with the owner and did not want to bother him. Not the owners fault as VRBO blocked my phone number to him. He was willing to text me directly but was prevented from doing so. Hot water was an issue as only one person at a time could use it. We were lacking a grill and the owner corrected that issue quickly. All in all, a very good property. I would not hesitate to book again in the future.
