The home was clean and a nice size for 4 adults and a dog. The kitchen is huge as is all of the rooms which made it comfortable. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms had the basic toiletries which was helpful. There’s an outdoor deck off the dining room and a cement slab with a charcoal grill downstairs. The yard is not fenced so every potty was a walk or a tie-out on the tree in the front. We love spending time outside relaxing but there was no patio furniture. This is a new listing so that may change!The neighborhood was great! Very walkable and dog friendly (with some steep hills). You can hear other dogs barking fairly often throughout the day but it wasn’t bothersome to us. Grocery, shopping, restaurants, and activities are all within 10-20 min drive. It does take about 6 minutes to get out of the neighborhood to the main roads (again, lots of hills). The hosts are very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
