- From the Rimini train station, you can take bus no. 11 toward Riccione to the “Regina Elena” stop, located right in front of the property. Alternatively, you can walk to the apartment in about 25 minutes along the picturesque waterfront.
From Rimini’s Federico Fellini International Airport—the closest to the city—you can reach the property in about 15 minutes by car or taxi.
If you’re traveling by car, there is an assigned parking space, subject to availability, inside the courtyard (NOT covered).

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
