Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr Kinderfreundlich. Zimmer war in Ordnung. Leider erst vor Ort erfahren, dass die nutzung der Küche extra pro Tag kostet ich dachte das wäre im Preis mit drin. Sehr nah am Strand und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Die Möbel sind zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Besitzer/Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Generell war alles in direkter Umgebung. Man braucht also kein Auto. Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub! Vielen Dank nochmals für alles!

Personale gentilissimo: ogni piccolo problema è stato risolto in tempi rapidi. Posizione perfetta: 50 metri dalla spiaggia (bagno più vicino Bagno Luca 66/67, raccomandato) e cinque minuti a piedi da tutti i servizi (edicola, supermercato, farmacia). Camera confortevole e climatizzata, ideale per tre persone. Cucina: comoda, gratuita per soggiorni superiori a due notti. Parcheggio: prenotando con largo anticipo, presso la struttura a 15 euro al giorno. In alternativa, a 300 metri, superato il sottopassaggio ferroviario, comunale a 4,5 euro al giorno (via degli Orti) oppure con accesso controllato gestito da privati (parcheggio Foglino) a 60 euro a settimana.

Thin walls, people partying in the halls all hours of the night, dog barking all hours of the night in the hallway, lobby, apartment next door. Coffee machine in lobby not working. Maid and girl at check in were nice. Other than that, no service. No response to emails or phone calls. Charge for use of kitchenette contrary to Hotels.com listing. Great location.

ottimo per trascorre qualche giorno in famiglia,la piscina è molto piccola ma giusta per i bimbi, diciamo che scarseggiano un pochino con l'àrea giochi.. il residence ha anche delle convenzioni con alcuni lidi in spiaggia e sconti in qualche ristorante nella zona.diciamo che Torre Pedrera non è esattamente una meta per i giovani in cerca di serate divertenti.ma tutto sommato è molto vicina in auto a Rimini e Riccione. Gentilissima la ragazza della reception Claudia.

A due passi dal mare, piccola piscina

Il residence è sicuramente comodo essendo a due passi dal mare e in centro. La piscina piccola si affaccia sulla strada quindi privacy uguale a zero. Nota dolente non menzionata è il parcheggio, infatti anche se sul sito Web viene menzionato non esiste, ci hanno offerto A PAGAMENTO un parcheggio a 5 euro al giorno. Il bilocale aveva solo un bagno....ed in 5 non è il massive.

Fin lejlighed med god plads til 2-4 pers. Sød og hjælpsom personale. Gratis cykler til lån. Tæt på fin strand og butikker. Ca 6 km til Rimini centrum. Lidt lille men fin pool. Dejligt ophold.
