Great stay for family

We found this hotel by chance when we searched for s short break stay in Rimini. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, the location was great and they cater for kids. At the time of the booking, I should have requested a room with a view or a family room, but it was quite a last minute booking so their better rooms were probably already booked weeks or months before.

Pros + Good location (close to the beach) + Private parking + Staff were friendly, in general + Breakfast is good Cons - We booked a quadruple room 24 m2 but received a triple room 20 m2. Therefore it was too small for our group. - The dinner at restaurant starts at 19:30 only. We were a bit earlier but was asked to go out and the door was closed at front of us.

Unacceptable behaviour, liars and cheaters!

Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. We booked 2 nights with hotels.com, Wednesday and Thursday night. They called us on Monday morning asking if we were really going to go, we were very surprised, it's the first time a hotel does something like this. Anyway, we told them that we were going for sure. After a very long train journey, we arrive exhausted and the receptionists tells us that our room is not available. They said there was a problem with the room but they can put us in the hotel next door, which is of the same category. We checked the hotel next door online and the reviews were very bad. It looked old and horrible. We insisted they find another solution but nothing. They didn't even offer a refund or any other kind of compensation. We had to carry our luggage alone to this other hotel ( regardless of the fact that I'm 6 months pregnant and was travelling all the way from Switzerland by train to get there ) they just dumped us there. We got a tiny dark ugly room, the toilet was so small, they built the shower in a way you could brush your teeth, use the toilet and shower at the same time. A nightmare. I asked for at least a better room in that hotel. They had none. This other hotel it's run down, sad and super noisy, you hear everything from the neighbours and when people walk in the aisle. I was hoping for two relaxing night and instead this is what we got. We are sure they gave our room to someone that booked directly with them and for longer. NEVER AGAIN

A presto Pasquale

Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!
