Like stepping into a fairytale setting , all was beautiful ! The staff was on top of everything too . Our room was a bit noisy with service early in am but still very nice . I would recommend live music in the evenings as it is very quiet. We hope to return again !

Honestly cant recommend this place enough if you want to escape from thr hustle and bustle of nearby florence.
