Great hotel in great location

Room was massive & clean. I was there out of season when it was raining in the evening so the bars on the street weren’t too noisy and I could have all the windows shut but during the first early evening when it was sunny it was noisy due to my room being right on the corner with all the bars. I imagine it would be quieter at the other end of the hotel. Hotel did provide ear plugs I imagine for this purpose. Hotel was in a really great location for going to all the tourist spots & museums. Honestly the perfect place to stay for someone there for a couple of days to see museums etc. really close to lots of restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. I wish the tv was on an arm so I could have directed it towards the bed rather than having to sit on the hard sofa but this is really a very small problem…!

Excellent hotel in a great location

Arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised to be told we had a room upgrade. The room itself was amazing and had an incredibly view of Riga old town. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Riga 😊

Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Room was great although had quite steep steps up to the bedroom so not good if you struggle with mobility. Breakfast served til 11 at the weekend and is buffet style. We chose to eat in the hotel for 1 day of our stay which I’m glad we did as we had much better breakfasts in restaurants which are just around the corner from the hotel. Everything is very accessible from the hotel.

My jaw dropped to the floor when I walked into my hotel room. The room was stunning, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. The hotel staff were so helpful and lovely! The restaurant was amazing, I had great food and enjoyed some Latvian wines. I will 100% be staying here next time I travel to Riga. The icing on the cake, was using the hotel spa area on my last night, be sure to ask about it!

Lovely hotel just steps away from the main squares within Riga’s old town. The room had a tonne of space, including a sitting room, and a spacious kitchenette. The breakfast buffet had a big selection of items, and weekend buffets even include a glass of sparkling wine which was perfect for making a mimosa. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great stay!

My husband was very happy with this hotel. I had picked it out & booked it then told him where we were staying. The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, great views & we didn't want to leave the bathroom's heated tiles. It was so convenient for Old Town as well as other neighborhood we wanted to walk to. Beautiful hotel with great restaurant. We did not do the breakfast option but had a coffee maker in our room as well as coffee available near the lobby.

The room and buffet breakfast were excellent and the staff is top notch. Plus, it is well located within Old Town. Of the four hotels that I stayed in during my Baltic trip Neiburg’s was clearly the best.

Lovely hotel in a great location. We had a duplex suite which was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The bed was huge and very comfortable but the duvet wasn’t quite big enough for the bed. The sofa bed in the lounge was comfortable as a sofa but with a very thin and lumpy mattress it wasn’t suitable to use as a second bed. The kitchenette was adequate. The bathroom and downstairs toilet were spotlessly clean with lovely towels and great water pressure but the vanity mirror in the main bathroom was not working and is too low on the wall. The bedroom has velux windows which let in lots of light in the day and have good blackout blinds but there was nothing to open them with so we had to climb on a chair. With the windows open it was very noisy. The reception and breakfast staff were all delightful. Breakfast was fine with a decent selection of hot and cold buffet. We didn’t try the restaurant because it is closed on a Sunday and even though the sign says it is open until 11pm on a Friday we were told that the kitchen was closed at 9.50pm which was disappointing. Overall we would recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness and friendly staff but a few small improvements would make it a 5 star review.

The hotel was very nice and it is in a great location. It is close to site and restaurants. Our room was spacious with a comfy couch and kitchenette. There were even heated floors in the bathroom. There was a lot of variety for breakfast. We also ate lunch at the restaurant which was very good. We really appreciated the laundry facilities. The laundry soap and dryer were free. It was a great place to stay.
