Your essential Riga sightseeing starts right at the doorstep as this apartment is located within the usual tourist routes. Moreover, you will enjoy not only the exclusive location but also the apartment itself. Despite being located in the far center, the street is calm.

Everything at the apartment is prepared for you. Coffee, tea, sugar etc for free.

My guests are more than welcomed to contact me any time, I`ll try best to make your stay comfortable, easy, and pleasant.

The neighbourhood is a progressive and active part of the city. Various of public transports and groceries are available around.

Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· If you want to bring a pet, you need to inform about it and get consent. The pet fee is 100 EUR.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
