From the minute we arrived, we knew we were in a truly special place. From the location to the room itself, with all the amenities (robes, slippers, refrig, waters, turn-down night service) to the wonderful, welcoming staff -- this place is truly top-notch! We were just sad that we missed out on eating at Seasons (Michelin star!!!) -- because we were there Sunday and Monday (a national holiday) but honestly, the place was terrific!
