Our apartment house has a large garden with play equipment and toys for the children as well as many seating and sun loungers. Our cuddly barbecue hut for winter and summer is a special highlight! We also have an indoor games room with table tennis, darts and toys. A drying room for shoes and clothing with ski boot dryer (winter) and Schicontainer (partially lockable) for your sports equipment! In our small laundry you can wash your laundry with the guest washing machine. Very practical, especially in summer!

The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and satellite TV. In the lovingly furnished living-dining room with tiled stove and bench, sofa bed and large dining table and a modern kitchen with stone worktop, stereo installation radio with Aux line and TV, you can only feel at home. In the entrance area of ​​larch wood there is a wardrobe, a closet with safe, adjacent a large hallway and another toilet / urinal. South side is a large furnished balcony with comfortable lounge furniture and stunning views of the Hamberg and our garden.
"High-gloss kitchen meets old wood" - that's the best way to describe our exclusive apartment "Hochfügen". Elegant oak wood floors and solid wood furniture made of oak, walnut, spruce, old wood and ash give the apartment a comfortable living experience. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and satellite TV. The spacious and cozy living-dining room with tiled stove and bench, divan and dining table and a modern kitchen with stone worktop, TV and stereo installation radio with Aux connection leaves nothing to be desired.
In the entrance area made of light ash wood is a wardrobe, a closet with safe and another toilet. West side is a large furnished balcony with comfortable lounge furniture and views of the surrounding mountains and the village life.

In our newly designed and lovingly designed garden, you can run your kids free and romp around. Whether big or small - there is something for children of all ages!
Very popular is our giant trampoline, where some kids like to show off their jumps and somersaults.
Swings and slide, a play tower with climbing wall, a sandpit with toys and
a wooden playhouse that small children especially love makes children's hearts beat faster. In addition, your children also have a variety of toys such as scooters, tractors and various vehicles available!
In the meantime, parents can make themselves comfortable in the garden, there are plenty of seating and a cuddly garden set ready. In our larch wood pergola, you can relax comfortably in a deck chair! It is best to quench your thirst directly at the fountain in our garden, where fresh spring water gushes from our mountains!

A highlight in summer and winter - our barbecue hut
Especially popular is our new barbecue hut, where you can sit comfortably with family and friends to drink a cold beer while the meat on the barbecue is ready to blast. Or just create a cozy atmosphere with an open campfire with a fine glass of wine - especially in winter a highlight!
For the warm summer days we also have an outdoor grill with seating for eating and drinking. Again, you can sit comfortably after the barbecue at the campfire.
After all, what could be better than hosting a cozy barbecue evening with friends on a warm summer evening!
