Where to start? There was no smoke detector in the room at all. The light in the bathroom barely worked. We had to keep the door open and the light on over the sink to even see anything in the bathroom. There was no power cord for the cable box so couldn’t even watch tv. When checking out we were told to just leave the key on the counter. The breakfast was also suspended for an undetermined amount of time. The lady working the desk didn’t even look up at us or anything

The room had an empty juice bottle on the floor but the worst thing was the bugs in the room, on the floor and in the bathroom.

The bedsheets and the towels still had hair on them, and not just a strand or two but lots of hair. I stayed in a non-smoking room and it smelled hebily of smoke and had dead bugs in the room upon arrival. I left midway through the night when i heard a crackhead screaming outside my door. Wouldnt recommend you stay here ever.

While the check-in and check-out staff were friendly and efficient, the property and room were in need of attention. The outside property was poorly maintained and poorly lit. Inside, surfaces were not clean (e.g., crumbs on the floor, fingerprints on surfaces, stains on curtains). I managed to remove the one living creature I found inside. I stay at budget properties all the time and hoped this one would be as "simple but clean" as the others had been. I hope improvements can be made for future travelers.
