Happy at Hampton

From arrival to departure, everything was excellent. Checkin person was very friendly and explained all the amenities. Room very nice, clean, spacious and great AC. Breakfast was excellent and lady working the eating area was kind, happy and kept everything stocked and clean.

We were traveling with a service and a companion dog and had requested a first floor room. The hotel had not noted our request, but looked when we pointed it out. All first floor rooms were booked, they did move us from the third floor to the second floor, not a great solution but it was the best they could do since no first floor rooms were available.

Clean - but loud/thin walls makes room noisey

We were kept awake from 4:30am to 6am from the guests in the room above us walking around. Also, doors slamming down the hall. Not sure how they can have such thin walls on a modern hotel? Woke up miserable after all the noise but the hotel is clean, friendly workers and great breakfast. I would not stay there again unless I was on the top floor.
