Check-in was simple, room was spacious, and having a restaurant on the premises was convenient. However, there was not enough towels in the room. More importantly of concern, their linens had stains; a pillow case had a dark stain, the towels had blood/mud stains, and the comforter had a nickel size dark stain that appeared to be blood. These stains were addressed with hotel staff and clean linens were provided upon my request. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at, but their linens need to be addressed and improved!

Room was awful. The flooring had gaps and was peeling. The blanket on top had several large stains on it. The water pressure was abysmal, it kind of just oozed out the shower head. Ended up having to take a bath but it was so shallow it didn’t work out and it still took like 30 minutes to fill up. The tv was about 15 years old and had intense screen burn. I wouldn’t advise anyone stay there.

The walls were thin and was not well insulated around door. I was enjoying family time and watching a movie and service associate came to do and said it was loud coming from our room. Did not be specific on what the noise was. Tv had to be loud could not hear on low volume. He blamed noise in kids. Need to understand there is going to be noise when family is on vacation and enjoying family time watching television and playing a family game.

He was very rude to me. I have been there plenty of times he’s not a manager. He refused to get the manager try to charge me $100 deposit because I live in town and I already made a reservation online with the last of my money and still would not let me read room there and I’ve been there so many times it was ridiculous. He would not let me and I’ve never had any trouble.
