The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a total of two residential units. There are office spaces next to the building. The offices have no direct connection to the apartment; however, the parking spaces used on weekdays are located next to the building and are visible from the terrace.

The bedroom, kitchen, and living and dining areas are open-concept. The bathroom features a bathtub that can also be used as a shower. All windows are equipped with roller shutters. There is also a small separate room for your jackets, suitcases, etc.

During your stay, the entire ground-floor apartment is available for your general use. This includes:
- the bedroom,
- the living and dining area,
- the fully equipped kitchen
- the bathroom,
- the terrace or outdoor seating area,
- the parking spaces associated with the apartment (one parking spot)

Please note that this is a house with two residential units. The upstairs apartment is permanently rented and is not part of the rental property.

The office buildings adjacent to the house, as well as their outdoor areas and parking spaces, are not part of the accommodation. Employees work there during office hours from Monday through Friday. Your privacy in the vacation rental remains unaffected by this.

You will have exclusive use of the ground-floor apartment during your stay and have your own private entrance to the property.

The parking space is located right at the entrance to your accommodation (next to the door and the key box).

Check-in is straightforward via self-check-in using a key box.
